Yuval Admony, chair of the Israel Piano Teachers Association, is a professor of piano duos at The Buchman-Mehta School of Music in Tel Aviv University, and of piano solo in the Givatayim Conservatory. In addition, he teaches piano duo courses at the Tel Hai International Master Course in Israel, The Jerusalem Music Centre solo and duos in Subotica Piano Fest in Serbia and has taught in Primavera Pianistica in Belgium, Music Fest Perugia in Italy, Euro Arts in Germany, Poros International Academy in Greece, Rimsky Korsakov Conservatory in St. Petersburg, Academia Musicale Valdarnese and Conservatorio di musica Giuseppe Tartini in Trieste, Italy, Japan National Piano Teachers Association, Korean National University of Arts, Norwegian National Academy of Music, Pacific Rim Festival and elsewhere. Mr. Admony is a jury member in National & International Competitions. His students are prizewinners in national competitions and have played with The Israel Philharmonic, The Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra and other orchestras. Mr. Admony directed the concert series: Around the Piano and The International Piano Duo Festival in Israel. Recorded the CD: Towards 2000 in the Anthology: Psanterin for the Israeli Composers League and Enescu’s 2 Piano Quartets with EMF Label in Salzburg. The Kanazawa-Admony Piano Duo with Japanese wife Tami Kanazawa carries a 25-year career, winning the first prize in 5 International Competitions and performing in over 30 countries.
